These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through LEORVENA and your use of our website.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Products and Descriptions

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and care instructions before ordering.

We aim to present products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different between screens. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Prices and Payment

The applicable currency, product prices, delivery charges, and taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment.

Available payment methods appear at checkout. Please ensure the payment and billing information you provide is accurate.

Orders

Please check your selected products, sizes, quantities, and delivery details before completing checkout.

If an item is unavailable or we identify a material error affecting an order, we will contact you to arrange a solution. Any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfill will be refunded.

Processing and Delivery

Orders require 5 business days for processing.

Estimated delivery is 25–30 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will assist where possible, although changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

This does not affect statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

LEORVENA covers return shipping costs in accordance with that policy.
