We want you to feel confident shopping with LEORVENA. Please read the following information before arranging a return.
Return Period
You may notify us of a change-of-mind return within 14 days after receiving your items.
Please email wairhogsette267@outlook.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for exercising an applicable statutory right of withdrawal.
After notifying us, please send the items back within 14 days.

Requesting shipping instructions does not mean you need our approval to exercise your statutory withdrawal right.
Free Return Shipping
LEORVENA covers return shipping costs.
Please contact us to arrange a prepaid return method. If a prepaid method is unavailable, we will agree on an alternative and reimburse reasonable documented return postage costs.
Keep your proof of postage and any shipping receipt. Contact us before choosing a premium shipping service, as optional upgrades may not be covered.
Return Condition
Please handle items carefully and return any included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Missing packaging or tags does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us investigate.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and cover necessary return shipping costs.
The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
For an applicable statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse you within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Where required, refunds include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable under this rule.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, contact us to discuss availability and the exchange process.
Sale Items and Exceptions
Sale items follow the same return process unless a lawful exception applies.
Any applicable statutory exception, such as clearly personalized goods or certain unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods, must be disclosed before purchase. An item is not excluded from statutory rights simply because it is discounted.
